This Privacy Policy explains how WEB MP SOFT PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the ECCS — Employee Credit Co-Operative Society mobile application ("the App"), collects, uses, stores, and protects the information of its users ("you", "member"). By using the ECCS App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

The ECCS App is a banking companion application provided to members of cooperative credit societies that use our software. It allows members to securely view their account balances, deposits, loans, share capital, transaction statements, and to apply for loans.

1 Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following information:

  • Account Information: Your member code, name, registered mobile number, and organization code — used to authenticate you and link you to your cooperative society account.
  • Profile Information: Optional profile details such as your email, address, and profile photo that you choose to add or update.
  • Financial Information: Your deposit, loan, recurring deposit, fixed deposit, share capital, and transaction records — fetched securely from your society's records to display within the App.
  • Loan Application Data: Information and documents you voluntarily submit when applying for a loan through the App.
  • Device Information: Basic technical data needed for the App to function, such as network status, used only to operate the service.

2 How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your login through OTP verification and keep your account secure.
  • To display your accurate account balances, statements, and transaction history.
  • To process and forward your loan applications to your cooperative society for review.
  • To send you notifications about transactions on your account.
  • To improve the App's functionality, security, and user experience.

3 Data Storage & Security

Your Data is Protected

  • All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted.
  • Access to your account is protected by OTP-based authentication.
  • Each cooperative society's data is kept isolated in a separate, secure database.
  • We follow industry-standard security practices as an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.

4 Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial information to any third party. Your information is shared only:

  • With your own cooperative credit society, which is the owner of your account records.
  • When required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request from authorities.
  • With service providers (such as SMS gateways) strictly to deliver OTP and notifications.

5 Subscription, Demo & Refund Policy

The ECCS software is offered to cooperative societies on a subscription (recharge) basis. We want every society to be fully confident before subscribing, which is why we provide a free demo first.

Free Demo Before You Subscribe

Before any payment, we provide a complete demo of the ECCS software so you can review all features and confirm that it meets your society's needs. We strongly encourage every society to evaluate the demo thoroughly and finalize their decision before subscribing.

No Refund After Recharge

Once a subscription payment (recharge) is made and the service is activated, the amount paid is non-refundable. Since a full demo is provided beforehand, we request all societies to take the service only after they are completely satisfied with the demo.

  • The demo is your opportunity to fully evaluate the software — please finalize before paying.
  • After recharge and activation, payments will not be returned or refunded.
  • For any questions before subscribing, please contact our support team.

6 Your Rights & Choices

  • You may view and update your contact details (phone, email, address) and profile photo within the App.
  • You may request information about the data we hold related to your account.
  • For changes to core records (name, bank details, KYC), please contact your cooperative society administrator.
  • You may stop using the App at any time; to deactivate your account, contact your society.

7 Children's Privacy

The ECCS App is intended for use by members of cooperative credit societies and is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The latest version will always be available at this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
